Hace tiempo que no canto con Lola en inglés y últi­ma­mente parece no gus­tarle dema­siado lo de no enten­der el idioma… así que para no per­der la cos­tum­bre esta semana voya pro­bar con una can­ción que recuerdo de cuando era pequeña. Es un clá­sico ame­ri­cano que estoy segura muchos cono­céis: “If you are happy and you know it”.

La ver­sión más popu­lar dice así:

Bus­cando por Inter­net, me han gus­tado más otras ver­sio­nes que jue­gan con los sen­ti­mien­tos, lo que da mucho más juego y per­mite hacer un poco el payaso poniendo caras, una apuesta segura con los niños.  Estas son unas suge­ren­cias reco­pi­la­das de varias ver­sio­nes que he encontrado:

Es cues­tión de ponerle ima­gi­na­ción para inven­tarse más estro­fas. A mi me encanta la pro­puesta de Tea­cher Tom:

sen­tirse pirata tam­bién es un estado de ánimo, ¿por qué no?, ¿sabéis que el 19 de Sep­tiem­bre fue el día de “hablar pirata” en el mundo?.

Tea­cher Tom tam­bién pro­pone usar un tablón de fiel­tro para dibu­jar con tro­ci­tos de fiel­tro las caras con­ten­tas, tris­tes.. y en Super Sim­ple Songs nos invi­tan a mirar­nos al espejo mien­tras pone­mos caras o a hacer­nos fotos para inmor­ta­li­zar el momento y revi­sar lo enfa­dado o asus­tado que pare­ce­mos, incluso hacer un cua­der­nito con todas ellas.

Otra idea, esta tam­bién de Super Sim­ple Songs, es sim­pli­fi­car la letra para los que no hablan inglés para que sea más fácil de memo­ri­zar y repe­tir. El resul­tado sería:

Para los que pre­fie­ren can­tar en espa­ñol, hay varias ver­sio­nes cir­cu­lando por el mundo, algu­nas son tra­duc­cio­nes lite­ra­les y otras cam­bian un poco más. Aun­que esta que he ele­gido, del argen­tino Luis Pes­cetti, no habla de sen­ti­mien­tos como la ver­sión inglesa, me parece lo bas­tante sim­pá­tica como para com­par­tirla con vosotros:
